- Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. or later. Cabins are “Self Check-In”. A confirmation will be sent to you with driving directions to your cabin. PLEASE PRINT & BRING WITH YOU. Drive directly to your cabin. Cabins with a combination lock will need to call us a few days prior to arrival to receive the lock code.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Housekeeping fees will apply for late check-outs.
- A fee of $25.00 per hour will apply for late check-outs. (when available) Late check-outs after 3pm – full rate eill apply.
- 1 night stays are considered and based on availability.
- 2 night stay on weekends are required.
- 3 night stay on all major holidays and selected dates throughout the year.
- To secure your cabin reservation a major credit card is required to guarantee your cabin. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. A deposit of $50 or $100 will be charged at the time of your reservation. (1 or 2 bedrooms - $50 3 or 4 bedrooms - $100)
- We require a 21-day notice of cancellation to avoid a 1-night penalty charge.
- Holiday weekends and the four bedroom cabins require a 30-day notice of cancellation to avoid a 2-night penalty charge.
- All cancellations will be charged the non-refundable fee of $50 for 1&2 bedrooms and $100 for 3 &4 bedrooms
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation and no-shows will be charged 100%
- All Cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED by phone. We regret that we can not accept cancellations by e-mail or voice mail.
Refunds are not available for late arrivals or early departures.
We have created a lot of friends and met a lot of special people in this business. It’s our favorite part of our business. We regret that we must list some violations & fines based on experience from a very small percent of our campers. Thank you for helping us keep our cabins safe & clean for many future visitors.
No smoking in cabins.
Any evidence of smoking will result in an excessive cleaning charge of $150.00.
Some cabins allow pets and are charged as an additional per person charge. For those cabins where pets are not allowed a $150.00 daily charge will apply.

Cleaning
Linens and bath towels are included in the unit; daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
We suggest you bring beach towels. Please do not remove towels and or linens from the units except to be laundered.
An exchange for additional linen is available. Any lost or damaged linens will be charged to your credit card at the rate of: bath towel $12, hand towel $10, wash cloth $6, king sheet set $150, queen sheet set $140, full sheet set $120, twin sheet set $100, pillows $40.
You will be responsible for the cleaning during your stay and for leaving the cabin in good condition at checkout. Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned “cabin”, please treat it as you would want someone to treat your home. If accommodations are left damaged or unusually messy (such as unwashed dishes or stains on the furniture or carpet), an additional cleaning charge will be added to your credit card after your departure.
Items in cabin found missing or broken will be charged accordingly.

ATV riding on the property and no outdoor music.
LIABILITY: It is expressly understood and agreed that the owner of said premises, shall not be liable for any damages or any injury to guest, guest’s guests or his family or to his family’s or guest’s property from whatever cause arising from occupancy of said premises by guest and his family and guests. It is further understood and agreed that owner shall not be responsible for any personal property left by guest in said premises. In the event property of guest is left on premises, guest may request owner or owner’s agent to mail or ship property back to guest at guest’s sole expense.
