How to Reserve 3 or More Cabins for a Group

For group reservations, Beavers Bend Lodging can place a tentative hold on 3 to 10 cabins for up to 1 week, and no longer than 30 days, depending on dates and management approval. Fewer than 3 cabins are not considered a group reservation.

Tentative reservations may be available for dates scheduled at least 6 months from today. Short-term tentative holds are not accepted for dates less than 5 months out.

If your group qualifies for a tentative group reservation, one primary contact will coordinate the arrangements with Beavers Bend Lodging. The primary contact may use a credit card to hold up to 2 cabins. Each guest is responsible for calling the office to book their individual cabin, provide contact and credit card information, and pay the required deposit.

A $100 down payment is required when each cabin reservation is confirmed. Final payment is due 21 days before arrival. Cabin selection and arrangements are handled between your group members. Beavers Bend Lodging accepts reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.

School and government purchase orders may be accepted. The down payment cannot be waived and is due when the reservation is made.

CANCELLATIONS: If a reservation is canceled, the down payment is non-refundable. A 30-day notice is required to avoid additional penalties. Full rental payment may apply if reservations are canceled within the policy period. If the cabin can be re-rented, Beavers Bend Lodging may refund the rental amount minus the non-refundable down payment.
