
The Broken Bow Lake is a Corp of Engineers Lake. The lake is surrounded by natural forest land; no cabins or commercial development of any kind. All private owned cabins in the Beavers Bend/Broken Bow Lake area are located in hardwood and pine tree forest areas.

General Directions:
Located in Southeastern Oklahoma off US 259 in Hochatown,
Oklahoma which is the home of Beavers Bend Resort Park & Broken Bow Lake. Beavers
Bend Lodging cabins are located north of the intersection of Highways 3, 70
and 259 in Broken Bow, (the 4-way intersection of Martin Luther King Blvd & Park
Avenue).
Most of our TEXAS guests take I30 East out of the DFW area to Highway 259 North
(Exit 178) near DeKalb. If you get to the New Boston exit, you've gone too
far. When you get to Idabel, turn Right at the intersection/signal light to
take junction 70 by-pass around Idabel - near the Church of Christ. When you
get to the next intersection/signal light (Catfish King, Road Runner), continue
North to Broken Bow on Highway 259.
Traveling From Dallas Area:
Most of our NORTH DALLAS, TEXAS guests take HWY 75 North to exit 45 which
is 121 North Bonham,Texas. Hwy 56 East: through Bonha, Dobb City, Windowm,
Honey Grove (18 miles) Merge into 82East. Turn left at overpass to 82East/Loop
, exit Texas Farm Road 195 – right hand exit. continue on Farm Road 195
by turning left towards Novice, Texas (12 miles) Past Novice Baptist Church,
FM 195 turns right at a Texaco station. At an additional 12 miles, FM 195 turns
left (no advance warning, be careful) Travel 8 miles towards HWY 37 North – turn
left towards Idabel. PICK YOUR FEET UP CROSSING RED RIVER FOR GOOD WEATHER!!!
Welcome to Oklahoma!!! Travel towards Idabel, Oklahoma. Take junction 70 by-pass
to the left. Travel past a small airport, across rail-road tracks and continue
on by-pass at bowling alley. Continue on 70 by-pass to Highway 259. Turn left
on HWY 259 towards Broken Bow.
Traveling From Oklahoma City Area:
Most of our OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA guests take I40 East to Henryetta, and
our TULSA, OKLAHOMA guests take Highway 75 South to Henryetta where they get
on the Indian Nation Turnpike to Antlers. From there take Highway 3 East to
Broken Bow.
Traveling From Shreveport Area:
Most of our SHREVEPORT, LA guests take Hwy 71North to Hwy 245 to I-30 West.
Travel on I 30 to Hwy 82 towards Dekalb, Texas. Exit Hwy 259 north past Dekalb.
When you get to Idabel, turn Right at the intersection/signal light to take

Traveling from Fort Smith:
Most of our FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS guests take HWY 59 /270 through Poteau and
Heavener, Oklahoma Continue on Hwy 59/270 towards Page, Oklahoma then exit
Hwy 259 South towards Broken Bow.
