Westcliffe Cabin

Vaulted ceilings and high, light-friendly windows open up a spacious living and dining room area, yet it still retains a comfortable feel with a rock chimney and wood-burning fireplace. It’s an ideal atmosphere for soaking up one another’s company, and the long, welcoming deck provides a place breathe the freshness of piney air mingled with the steam of morning coffee. The simple pleasures in life that makes vacations so relaxing!

Named after a peaceful valley town in Colorado, Westcliffe is nestled on the cliffs in beautiful Southern Hills near Broken Bow Lake. Westcliffe has over 1800 sq. ft of living area, one story cabin that will comfortable sleep up to 13 people.

Rate Range
$175 to $295 (rates vary by season & based on six) $12.00 for each additional person per night, plus tax. Children 3 & under free. Pets Welcomed $25 per night, per pet.

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am. A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. A $50 per night, per cabin advance payment is required at the time of your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. When making an on-line reservation, a confirmation of your reservation will be sent within 1 to 12 hours that includes your driving directions to your cabin. When making your reservations by calling us directly, a confirmation will be sent immediately after the completion of the call. If you do not receive your confirmation, please return to the website/contacts and send us a short note as we can not always communicate through some servers. We consistently can not communicate with sbcglobal accounts. If we are not added to your address book, most confirmations fall into your spam/junk mail folder. Cabins are "Self Check-In". Approximately 5-10 days prior to arrival a 2nd confirmation will be sent that includes your combination lock code to enter your cabin. Please print your confirmation as it includes your driving directions to your cabin. At anytime, if you need assistance, please call.

Wood Burning Fireplace, Direct TV in living room/DVD Player, Full Kitchen includes: Refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, washer/dryer & dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, & blender.

Large open deck features: Picnic area with gas grill, patio furniture & picnic table, fire ring area plus plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sunset! Central Heat/Air. (Firewood not included). HOT TUB

In the center of the open courtyard area is a large open firepit. Perfect for larger groups to relax and enjoy an evening of listening to the night’s sounds filled with frogs, crickets, owls and more while roasting marshmallows and making smores!

All cookware, dishes, silverware, glassware provided. Including paper towels, dish towels/rags & BBQ tools. Bring your food and your clothes! We make every effort to stock your cabin with all the little extras. (Salt, pepper, coffee, filters, paper towels, toilet tissue, bath bar soap, hand soap dishwashing soap & laundry soap)
