Sitting on just over 2 acres, this 2 story cabin features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with an upstairs loft and enclosed patio. This Texas decor cabin has over 2,000 square feet of living space and can sleep up to 8 to 10 people comfortably. Inside, the living area includes vaulted ceilings throughout with a stone fireplace and built-in entertainment center, TV and full stereo system.

2nd & 3rd Bedrooms: QUEEN BEDS and accented with their own unique Texas style decorations. The Queen Bedrooms share a "jack n' Jill" bathroom. (All 3 Bedrooms are located on the main floor)
The Upstairs Loft is a perfect game room during the day and a doubles as a extra bedroom at night. The Loft features a Day Bed (2 Twins)with its own TV, including a DVD/VCR player and game ports. Foosball Table and Dart Board! A Sleeper Sofa is also located in the loft and is recommended for small children only. The Day Bed was added for adults.

Texas 2-Step is "loaded" with Texas Stars throughout the cabin. You'll read in the guest book the numerous campers that have counted the stars. Texas Two-Step Cabin is located in an area with other cabins, the area is known as Southern Hills (Hwy 259A which is Beavers Bend State Park entrance road) (Please click to view map)
Each cabin in Southern Hills is located on one to two acre lots. This cabin is not secluded. There are a lot of trees in this area. Texas Two Step's deck area faces the forest and has a large backyard allowing for a lot of privacy.
Boat and Trailer parking is easily available. The driveway is flat and easy to pull in and back out. The cabin is located on the backside of Southern Hills and you can enter or exit from the north or south.
The road to the cabin is a black-top road. The driveway is gravel. The area is motorcycle friendly
Located approximately 3 miles east off of Hwy 259. You will not hear highway noise from this cabin.

TV in Living Room with cable/movie channels, DVD/VCR and game ports. Stereo system has indoor and outdoor speakers. All bedrooms feature a TV plus a TV upstairs in the loft area which includes cable TV, DVD and game ports. Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Stackable washer/dryer included. Enclosed back patio has wicker furniture, ceiling fan and 10 windows which can be opened for screened porch effect. Back deck includes propane grill, table and chairs for dining outside. Lower level deck has Hot Tub and chairs. Ground level includes fire pit, picnic table & horseshoes. Central Heat/Air.
Enclosed Patio/Sun Room: The Sun Room is the perfect place to relish a cool evening breeze and enjoy a fun game of shuffleboard.
The sun room has limited heat & air. It is very comfortable, but not recommended for a sleeping area.
Tub and chairs. Ground level includes fire pit, picnic table & horseshoes. Central Heat/Air.
All cookware, dishes, silverware, glassware provided. Including paper towels, dish towels/rags & BBQ tools.
Bring your food and your clothes! We make every effort to stock your cabin with all the little extras. (Salt, pepper, coffee, filters, paper towels, toilet tissue, bath bar soap, hand soap dishwashing soap & laundry soap)
