The Cowboy

Just like the movie, “Gone with the Wind”, The Cowboy is just that, “Bold in style and confident in its fearless spirit”.  Decorated with Romance, Legacy, Love and Adventure, the Cowboy has many special touches including an authentic western visiting bench on the upstairs balcony and themed throughout with a scarlet red accent which travels strikingly throughout the Casa’.  Every room has a blazing splendor of wood or iron, from the floors, to the ceiling and headboards to the numerous tables and chairs. – It is truly a magnificent cabin.   

The Cowboy is “Cooly Handsome” on 2 floors, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms

• 1st bedroom:  King bedroom downstairs – “Katie Scarlett O'Hara” a charming Southern Belle’s bedroom, includes full bath with Jacuzzi tub.  TV combo
• 2nd bedroom:  King bedroom Upstairs – “Rhett Butler”, Yes: warm in décor…TV combo
• 3rd bedroom:  Four oversized pillow top Twin beds. (2 sets of bunks) TV combo

The Cowboy can accommodate 8 people comfortably.  Maximum occupancy:  10

Floors/Size
Two floors totaling 1800 sq. ft. plus. 900 sq. ft of wood deck wraps all 4 sides of the cabin and is appointed with plenty of patio furniture and a hot tub. Baths: 2 ½ bathrooms.

Rate Range
$200.00 to $350.00. (rates vary by season & based on eight) $10.00 for each additional person per night, plus tax. Children 3 & under free. No Pets Please!

Amenities
Central Heat/Air, Wood burning fireplace, Full Kitchen includes: Refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer, dryer & dishwasher. Covered porches includes: Patio furniture and Gas BBQ grill. Courtyard fire ring area (firewood not provided.) Outdoor 8-9 person hot tub on a separate deck area. High Speed Internet.

Location
Located on Beavers Bend Resort Park Rd in the Southern Hills Addition. For larger groups, please view The Cowboy's sister cabins: Ruby and Rhea, Ayatia, Cliffhanger and Dragonfly – all 5 cabins can accommodate up to 40 people, maximum occupancy 60.

To Make a Reservation - Payment & Deposits

Reservations can be made on-line by selecting the Reservations & Availability Icon (above) or by calling: 1-580-494-6639 or toll free 1-888-494-6639. To secure your reservation, we will need a major credit card number. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card when the reservations are made for 1 & 2 Bedroom Cabins. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit for 3 & 4 Bedroom Cabins. Cabins are self-check-in. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you from janetcress@pine-net.com or cabins@beaversbendlodging.com with driving directions to your cabin. (If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your junk/spam folder) PLEASE PRINT & BRING THIS WITH YOU, AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND YOUR CABIN WITHOUT WRITTEN DIRECTIONS. Our office is located on Cedar Creek Golf Course Road and we do not request guest to check-in through the office. Most cabins have combination lock codes, please call a few days prior to your arrival to obtain the combination lock number. During your stay, your credit card will be charged for the balance due unless prior arrangements have been made to change payments. The balance due can be made with cash/check/credit card - all major credit cards are accepted. Balance due can be split between other guest traveling with you.
