Cliffhanger

An Adventure!  The Cliffhanger is located on a towering peak of Horseshoe Mountain. The spectacular 20- mile view provides a mountain top outlook of the forest. The Cliffhanger offers “Total Privacy” – just sit back and relax….. Bald eagles have been seen whirling through the air in this breathtaking mountain top cabin.

The inside of the Cliffhanger is very impressive.  Once you open the front door, you’ll feel like you’re in a mountain top luxury canopy – an elegant cabin filled with soaring windows and sliding glass doors – like a canopy that provides an overhead shade but doesn’t hinder the view of the forest scenery.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are open and spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone.  The kitchen and living areas are tastefully accented with a pleasant touch of nature’s wildlife, while the living area is beautifully accented with nature’s finest beauty, the Bald Eagle.

Each room of the Cliffhanger is  brilliant!   The dining area is no exception -  a superb design.  Just like the cabin itself, which is carved into the side of the mountain, the dining room is stamped into the walk though balcony, with sliding glass doors on both ends and filled with walls of windows  – just a nice touch to walk from balcony to balcony and such a flawless idea!  Gather around the large dining table for dinner while watching the sunset or for coffee in the morning, watching the birds as you sit in the canopy of the trees.

Three bedrooms, Two ½ bathrooms

• 1st bedroom:  Downstairs King Master Bedroom/ Full bath shared with 2nd bedroom/TV combo
• 2nd bedroom:  Downstairs “Bear” bedroom – Themed with kids in mind, the 2nd bedroom offers a full futon bunk bed/twin on top plus a pull out twin trundle bed underneath.  Four people can easily lodge in the Bear Room.
• 3rd bedroom:  The Upstairs Queen Master bedroom offers a secluded private getaway which is  intensified with the outdoor observation terrace. (A perfect way to end a perfect day)  Private Bath with double vanity, shower closet and garden tub accented with candles and bubble bath.  TV Combo

Floors/Size
Two floors totaling 1800 sq. ft. plus. 1000 sq. ft of wood deck wraps 3 sides of the cabin, plus the upstairs observation balcony - all are appointed with plenty of patio furniture and an 8 person hot tub. Baths: 2 ½ bathrooms.

Rate Range
$200.00 to $350.00. (Rates vary by season & based on eight) $10.00 for each additional person per night, plus tax. Children 3 & under free. No Pets Please!

Central Heat/Air, Wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, Full Kitchen includes: Refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer, dryer & dishwasher. Surround sound inside and outside on the back hot tub deck.  Covered porches includes: Patio furniture and Gas BBQ grill. Courtyard fire ring area (firewood not provided.) Outdoor 8-9 person hot tub.

Location
Located on Beavers Bend Resort Park Rd in the Southern Hills Addition. For larger groups, please view Cliffhangers’ sister cabins: Ruby and Rhea, Ayatia, The Cowboy and Dragonfly – all 5 cabins can accommodate up to 40 people, maximum occupancy 60.

To Make a Reservation - Payment & Deposits

Reservations can be made on-line by selecting the Reservations & Availability Icon (above) or by calling: 1-580-494-6639 or toll free 1-888-494-6639. To secure your reservation, we will need a major credit card number. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card when the reservations are made for 1 & 2 Bedroom Cabins. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit for 3 & 4 Bedroom Cabins. Cabins are self-check-in. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you from janetcress@pine-net.com or cabins@beaversbendlodging.com with driving directions to your cabin. (If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your junk/spam folder) PLEASE PRINT & BRING THIS WITH YOU, AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND YOUR CABIN WITHOUT WRITTEN DIRECTIONS. Our office is located on Cedar Creek Golf Course Road and we do not request guest to check-in through the office. Most cabins have combination lock codes, please call a few days prior to your arrival to obtain the combination lock number. During your stay, your credit card will be charged for the balance due unless prior arrangements have been made to change payments. The balance due can be made with cash/check/credit card - all major credit cards are accepted. Balance due can be split between other guest traveling with you.
