An Adventure! The Cliffhanger is located on the towering peak of Horseshoe Mountain. The spectacular 20 mile view provides a mountain top outlook of the forest. Cliffhanger offers “Total Privacy” – just sit back and relax….. Bald eagles have been seen whirling through the air in this breathtaking mountain top cabin.

The inside of the Cliffhanger is very impressive. Once you open the front door, you’ll feel like you’re in a mountain top luxury canopy – an elegant cabin filled with soaring windows and sliding glass doors – like a canopy that provides an overhead shade but doesn’t hinder the view of the forest scenery.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are open and spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and living areas are tastefully accented with a pleasant touch of nature’s wildlife, while the living area is beautifully accented with nature’s finest beauty, the Bald Eagle.

Each room of the Cliffhanger is brilliant! The dining area is no exception - a superb design. Just like the cabin itself, which is carved into the side of the mountain, the dining room is stamped into the walk though balcony, with sliding glass doors on both ends and filled with walls of windows – just a nice touch to walk from balcony to balcony and such a flawless idea! Gather around the large dining table for dinner while watching the sunset or for coffee in the morning, watching the birds as you sit in the canopy of the trees.

Three bedrooms, Two ½ bathrooms, Four TV's

• 1st bedroom: Downstairs King Master Bedroom/ Full bath shared with 2nd bedroom/TV/DVD
• 2nd bedroom: Downstairs Queen Bedroom, features slidding glass doors to the entry deck. TV/DVD
• 3rd bedroom:  The Upstairs King Master Bedroom offers a secluded private getaway which is intensified with the outdoor observation terrace. (A perfect way to end a perfect day) Private Bath with double vanity, shower closet and garden tub accented with candles and bubble bath. TV/DVD

Imagine a flickering fire and a warm hot tub. Imagine stargazing as the night drifts away. The perfect place for romance.

Additional Bedding:
* The downstairs Queen bedroom has a Futon stored underneath - use it wherever you need an extra bed
* The upstairs King Master features a Day Bed - offering 2 Twins

Cliffhanger can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Maximum occupancy: 12

Outdoor Decks:
Cliffhanger is all about decks so you can enjoy the view from every side of the cabin.

* King Master Bedroom - Private balcony. The view is incredible and as far as you can see.
*Entry Deck: A perfect landing for your arrival. The entry deck wraps around on the north side to the back desk.
You can open both dining room patio doors and the south side provides a walk-around to the back deck too.
The downstairs deck surrounds the cabin on all 4 sides.
* Back Deck: Simply Amazing! The outdoor fireplace is awesome. Simply no room for a fire pit with the landscaping surrounding the cabin, so the owners added an outdoor fireplace that added just the right touch to Cliffhanger.
You can easily explore the forest at Cliffhanger, all you have to do is step off the back porch and you're there!!!

All bed linen & bathroom terry are provided. Plus extra blankets & pillows

Floors/Size
Two floors totaling 1800 sq. ft. plus. 1000 sq. ft of wood deck wraps 3 sides of the cabin, plus the upstairs observation balcony - all are appointed with plenty of patio furniture and an 8 person hot tub. Baths: 2 ½ bathrooms.

Rate Range
$255 to $350 (Rates vary by season & based on six) $12.00 for each additional person per night, plus tax. Children 3 & under free. No Pets Please!

Surround sound inside and outside on the back hot tub deck. Covered porches includes: Patio furniture and Gas BBQ grill. Courtyard fire ring area (firewood not provided.) Outdoor 8-9 person hot tub.

All cookware, dishes, silverware, glassware provided. Including paper towels, dish towels/rags & BBQ tools. Bring your food and your clothes! We make every effort to stock your cabin with all the little extras. (Salt, pepper, coffee, filters, paper towels, toilet tissue, bath bar soap, hand soap dishwashing soap & laundry soap)
