This charming cabin sits on almost 3 acres and sleeps 12 people comfortable, maximum occupancy is 16 people.

A Two-Story, Four Bedroom Cabin, Broken Boot Lodge features:

• Four King Bedrooms and Three Full Bathrooms - TV in all bedrooms & Grand Room
  (Two King Bedrooms Upstairs sharing One Full Bathroom)

375-$470 (rates vary by season & based on ten)$12.00 for each additional person per night and $25.00 for each pet per night, plus tax. Children 3 & under free. Small pets in crates please. We appreciate that pets are not left unattended in the cabin, please bring a crate

A minimum of 2 nights is required.  Some dates require 3-4 nights.   Review Policies & Reservations for more details.

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am. A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. A $50 per night, per cabin advance payment is required at the time of your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. When making an on-line reservation, a confirmation of your reservation will be sent within 1 to 12 hours that includes your driving directions to your cabin. When making your reservations by calling us directly, a confirmation will be sent immediately after the completion of the call. If you do not receive your confirmation, please return to the website/contacts and send us a short note as we can not always communicate through some servers. We consistently can not communicate with sbcglobal accounts. If we are not added to your address book, most confirmations fall into your spam/junk mail folder. Cabins are “Self Check-In”. Approximately 5-10 days prior to arrival a 2nd confirmation will be sent that includes your combination lock code to enter your cabin. Please print your confirmation as it includes your driving directions to your cabin. At anytime, if you need assistance, please call.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen includes oven/range, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a microwave. The large kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you will need to cook a full meal. Washer/Dryer
  Broken Boot Lodge has two large covered porches on both sides of the cabin. You can enjoy the scenery of large oak, hickory and pine trees from the deck or the outdoor hot tub.
  We provide the propane for the gas grill, just bring the steaks! Broken Boot Lodge is a spacious cabin built with multiple families in mind. Construction was completed in May 2005 and is located just minutes from Beavers Bend Resort Park.
  
  
• Decks include propane grill, table and chairs for dining outside, Hot Tub and chairs. Ground level includes fire pit area which is perfect for roasting marshmallows and "Big Foot" stories!
  
  

All cookware, dishes, silverware, glassware provided. Including paper towels, dish towels/rags & BBQ tools. Bring your food and your clothes! We make every effort to stock your cabin with all the little extras. (Salt, pepper, coffee, filters, paper towels, toilet tissue, bath bar soap, hand soap dishwashing soap & laundry soap)
