Wide - Long - Open - This is a perfect cabin for large groups. You'll enter Broken Boot by the side door to the kitchen. When you 1st step-in, you'll find a large kitchen with plenty of space for several cooks. The stove top island provides a nice buffet area and seating for 4 to 6 people........Moving forward is the living room area which offers a couch, love seat and recliner...............Again, moving forward is the dining room table that can seat up to 8 people. Overall eating and gathering in this cabin are complete.
The back door to the cabin exits to the BBQ & Hot Tub Deck and the elegance of nature. The deck is perfectly designed for a picturess landscaping of nature. The cabin sits on the incline of a hill and flows just evenly into the landscaping leaving the forest comfortable flowing around the cabin. You'll love the ambiance that this cabin offers you inside and outside. It's beautiful at Broken Boot Lodge.
We arrived late in the night and we did not realize what a great backyard this cabin had until the morning. What a pleasant surprise! All of our kids spent hours and hours exploring and running around. It was wonderful seeing them so happy. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. We love this cabin.

Located on Beavers Bend State Park Road (Please click to view map) There is limited privacy at the cabin.
This cabin is not secluded. There are a lot of trees in this area. Broken Boots sister cabin is Mountain Dream Lodge which is located approximately 75 yards away.
Boat and Trailer parking is available and easily accessible for boats and trailers of all sizes. However there are trees in the driveway making it a little difficult to turn around.
The road to Broken Boot is a black-top road.
Located approximately two miles west off of Hwy 259 - you will not hear highway noise from this cabin.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am. A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. A $50 per night, per cabin advance payment is required at the time of your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. When making an on-line reservation, a confirmation of your reservation will be sent within 1 to 12 hours that includes your driving directions to your cabin. When making your reservations by calling us directly, a confirmation will be sent immediately after the completion of the call. If you do not receive your confirmation, please return to the website/contacts and send us a short note as we can not always communicate through some servers. We consistently can not communicate with sbcglobal accounts. If we are not added to your address book, most confirmations fall into your spam/junk mail folder. Cabins are "Self Check-In". Approximately 5-10 days prior to arrival a 2nd confirmation will be sent that includes your combination lock code to enter your cabin. Please print your confirmation as it includes your driving directions to your cabin. At anytime, if you need assistance, please call.
