Tucked back in the trees at the end of the road in the friendliest fashion, the Blue Aspen Lodge greets you with a long, welcoming front porch boasting a back covered patio deck with hot tub.
When you enter the cabin, you’ll love the smooth, shiny wood floors, and the open kitchen living area that is accented by a high rock wood burning fireplace.

Floors/Size The Blue Aspen is a one-story, two-bedroom, two-bath cabin built in the early fall of 2007. The Blue Aspen Lodge features 1140 sq. ft of living space plus over 1130 sq. ft of deck areas. The Great Room is highlighted by a wall of windows, and includes dining table, bar seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Blue Aspen features two Master Suites featuring a king in each bedroom. Additional bedding includes a sofa-sleeper for two in the living room. Maximum occupancy: 10
Rate Range
$145.00 to $255.00 (rates vary by season & based on four) $10.00 for each additional person per night, plus tax. Children 3 & under free. No Pets Please!

High Speed Internet. Indoor areas feature a 47" HDTV FLATSCREEN cable, DVD. 37" HDTV FLATSCREEN TV's with DVD players located in each bedroom. Fully equipped Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and washer/dryer. Outdoor deck areas include a hot tub, dining table, propane grill, and patio furniture. The grounds include a fire pit in front and rear of cabin and picnic table. Central Heat/Air. (Firewood not provided.)
All cookware, dishes, silverware, glassware provided. Including paper towels, dish towels/rags & BBQ tools.
Bring your food and your clothes! We make every effort to stock your cabin with all the little extras. (Salt, pepper, coffee, filters, paper towels, toilet tissue, bath bar soap, hand soap dishwashing soap & laundry soap) |

Beavers Bend Lodging Reservations

Down payments: To secure your reservation for your visit to Beavers Bend in Broken
Bow, we will need a major credit card number to apply the cabin
deposit: A $50 deposit is required for each
room night reserved. (For example: A cabin stay of 2 nights will require a $100 deposit, a
cabin stay of 3 nights will require a $150 deposit, 4 nights requires
a $200 deposit, etc.)
FINAL
PAYMENT:Seven
(7) days prior to arrival your credit card will be charged the full
balance due (minus the deposit). If you would like to split payments, please ask each person in your
group to call or e-mail us to arrangement payment. We accept money
orders, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason you need to cancel your stay in our cabins in
Broken Bow or Beavers Bend prior to the cancellation date, the
deposit paid will not be refunded. All cancellations MUST
BE CONFIRMED by phone and will be issued a cancellation number for your file. We
regret that we cannot accept cancellations by e-mail or voice mail.Your
reservation is not cancelled unless you receive a cancellation
number.
To
avoid additional penalties, we require a 21-day
notice of cancellation. Holiday weekends and the FOUR (4) & FIVE (5) bedroom
cabins require a 30-day notice of cancellation. Full rental payment
will apply if reservations are cancelled during the clause. If the
cabin can be re-rented, we will refund you (less) the deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are not available for late
arrivals or early departures.
CHANGING
CABINS & CHANGING DATES:
Subject to a $35.00 fee. Changing cabins or changing dates cannot be
honored during the cancellation clause. (Each cabin is individually
owned) It is considered a cancellation for one owners cabin and a
booking for another’s owners cabin. Cancellation policies will
apply. This clause does not include additions/subtractions of the
number of guests. There will be no additional fees charged for adding
days to your existing reservation.
LOST
AND FOUND: Please keep in mind, that if you happen to leave something behind,
there will be a minimum of a $25.00 charge to return the items to
you.
Check-in
time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. or later.
Cabins are “Self Check-In”. A confirmation will be sent to you
with driving directions to your cabin from beaversbendlodging@yahoo.com.

folder) PLEASE
PRINT & BRING your confirmation with YOU. YOU
WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND YOUR CABIN WITHOUT WRITTEN DIRECTIONS. Drive directly to your cabin. A few days prior to your arrival in
Broken Bow and Beavers Bend area, please call for your combination lock code.
Checkout
time is 11:00 a.m. Housekeeping fees will apply for late checkouts.
1 night stays
are considered and based on availability. Discounts are not available
for 1 night stays, full rack rates will apply. 100% payment is due at
the time of the reservation. 1 night stays are not normally available
more than 1 week in advance of arrival.
Most dates require a
2-night stay. 3 night stay on all major holidays and selected dates
throughout the year in Broken Bow and Beavers Bend.
Our office is located North of
Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Beavers Bend State Park on Cedar Creek Golf
Course Road and we do not request guest to check-in through the
office. All cabins have combination lock codes; please call a few
days prior to your arrival to obtain the combination lock number. For
additional information on cancellation policies, please view

We
